Jennifer Spencer DNP ARNP FNP-C, NRCME

Jennie L. Spencer, DNP, APRN, FNP-C was raised on Smoaks Road in Lake Placid, Florida, where her childhood was shaped by humble beginnings, deep family values, and early encounters with the healthcare system. With a father who worked in the groves and a mother who cleaned homes, Jennie witnessed both hard work and the quiet strength of service. Inspired by personal health challenges and a lasting image of a nurse in a neighbor’s home, she set her sights on creating a more compassionate, accessible approach to care. Her journey—from CNA to Doctor of Nursing Practice—was marked by persistence, academic achievement, and hands-on leadership in local hospitals and clinics. Through personal loss and professional growth, Jennie remained dedicated to learning and to serving with empathy and purpose.

In that same spirit, Jennie founded BLUEROCK Health Outreach, extending her care philosophy into the broader community with initiatives grounded in compassion, education, and accessibility. Highly recommend blue rock medical. Today I had to take my child to be seen as he was experiencing a significant amount of discomfort. Upon arrival the facility was absolutely immaculate and the staff was actively engaged in helping everyone the moment they came in. Check in was seamless and waiting time was next to nothing. The provider Jenny was absolutely amazing. She was so tender, caring and took her time with my child. She instantly was able to dispel his fear and I could clearly see he was comfortable with her. But most importantly Jenny took her time to answer all my questions and give such in depth explanations.
